Puerto Cancun Luxury Developments

Tresor Real Estate, has developed two real estate projects in Puerto Cancun: Allure, with 104 units overlooking the Caribbean Sea and Isla Mujeres; and Blume, with 113 apartments in the Marina, through the shareholding and project management of Urban Homes, one of the leading developers in Quintana Roo. Additionally Tresor Real Estate has participated in the conceptualization and design of the investment of La Vela, an exclusive development with 105 units and panoramic views of the Marina and the Golf Course of Puerto Cancun, executed by the group Girault Desarrollos.

The development enjoys two amenity areas, with an Infinity Pool in front of the marina and a dock for boats, as well as another with a family pool with Bar and Sunbeds, in front of a Spa, Gym and Kids Club area. Hand in hand with Urban Homes, Valkira has developed 3 mid-level residential housing projects in Cancun, with a total of 1,800 units delivered and deeded. Vita Residenze was the first project with 70 units, with a mix of houses and apartments, and 2 Integral Master Plans: Astoria gated Community, and Long Island Integral Community, both located on Huayacan Avenue, the most valuable area in Cancun for primary residences, and a great reference for investors with high returns for capital gains and rents.

Vita Residenze

Development located in one of the fastest growing residential areas in Cancun. It has 2 bedroom apartments and houses of 2 and 3 levels. As well as amenities designed for its residents to find a space to relax and have fun.

Astoria Gated Community

A reference in Huayacan Avenue, which adds 437 units in its Master Plan, and Commercial Areas, combining several developments of houses and apartments, in private 40 to 60 units, such as Tribeca, Soho, Queens, and Chelsea, all of them facing large common areas and gardens.

Long Island Comunidad Integral

This innovative project, consisting of 15 developments of houses and apartments totaling some 1,300 units, in clusters of 60 to 90 units, was a success, and in it are developments such as Madison, Duke, Kings, York, one of the favorite places for many families in Cancun.

Desarrollos en Residenciales en Tulum

Since 2022, we have had the opportunity to carry out exciting projects in the renowned tourist destination of the Riviera Maya. These projects include innovative proposals in Aldea Zamá, as well as the creation of a community in a large area of 32 hectares, surrounded by the lush nature of the region.

Luna Residence

Within Aldea Zamá is Luna Residence, a project with 28 one-bedroom apartments and commercial space, through a joint investment with Giada Developments, a development group that has more than 500 units in Aldea Zamá. The development has amenities such as elevator, reception, infinity pool and was designed for its owners to obtain a higher return on investment through vacation rentals.

Kabana Tulum Condos

Located in Aldea Zamá, phase 4 premium one of the most exclusive areas of Tulum. Kabana fuses a contemporary design with a natural environment. It has 16 apartments with 3 different models: Garden Houses, Condos and Pent Houses with Roof Garden, most with sizes from 150 m2 to 250 m2.
